Animation above describe how to get a fertilisation by natural. It needs spermatozoa more than 20million per volume and excellent condition.

Spermatozoa have four cathagorizes, A B C and D. A is the best (excellent) and D is the worst of spermatozoa. It needs at least 20% of A to get a natural fertilisation.



Cathagorie :
A : Spermatozoa which shaky and move fastly.
B : Spermatozoa which shaky and move slowly.
C : Spermatozoa which shaky but not move.
D : Spermatozoa which no shaky and no move.

Varicocele at the testis is one the reason why the spermatozoa could not be A cathagorize.
If the spermatozoa A is 0% but we have B more than 50% and the volume is more than 20 million per volume, insemination technique can be application.












The opportunity of first insemination technique is 25%, if fail we could do the second insemination but the opportunity is reduce to 20%. If still fail, invitro technique could be consider and the opportunity is 49%.
